Introduction
· The introduction should include:
Ø Thesis statement
· Grab the readers’ attention on what the essay entails
Ø At least three subtopics should be included to support the main topic
Body
· At the beginning of each paragraph, a topic sentence should be stated
Ø It states the main idea
Ø Readers are able to follow the main points of the essay
Conclusion
· A broad summary on what the paper entails is needed
Ø Restate the main points
Ø Summarize the information in the paper
